was held at the lifeguard tower on Monday, Oct. 3 at 1 p.m. and all the public was invited to come down to view the renderings. The ‘boardwalk’ will be an improvement, covering the old drainage ditch which has long deterred easy access to our beach as well as become quite an eyesore for our visitors. The Friends of the Powerhouse have pledged 1/3 of the total price for this $1, 300, 000 project yet further fund-raising needs to be done. Our November issue will detail how you might help.
