Be a part of Del Mar history and have a brick inscribed with your own message and installed at the Powerhouse Community Center, Tot Lot or Beach Safety Center/Lifeguard Headquarters. Many families have purchased bricks as a great way to remember children, parents, grandchildren, and pets or mark anniversaries or birthdays.

Proceeds from bricks purchased at the Lifeguard Tower will go toward the construction of that facility. All other proceeds will go toward the Friends of the Powerhouse endowment which is used for the preservation and renovation of the Powerhouse Community Center and Tot Lot, and other related projects.

Join Us and Get Involved

Join the Friends of the Powerhouse at their monthly meeting and get involved in your community. Newcomers are welcome. 

Meetings take place monthly:

•  The third Wednesday of the month (September through June)
•  9:00AM at Jake's (1660 Coast Boulevard next to the Powerhouse Community Center).
